🛡 Happy to announce the appointment of Ms. Feruza Ergasheva as the Head of the Uzbekistan Teachers of English Association (UzTEA) for the Jizzakh region. We believe Ms. Ergasheva brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role.

🔖 Feruza has been an integral part of the academic community in Jizzakh, serving as a teacher in the Department of Foreign Languages at the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute (JIZPI), as well as the Academic Lyceum of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. Her journey in education began as an English language teacher at School №3 in Jizzakh city, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to teaching and learning.

🔖 She holds a Master's degree from Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, with a specialization in foreign language and literature. Feruza possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

⭐️ As we welcome Ms. Ergasheva to her new role, we are confident that her visionary leadership, extensive experience, and passionate commitment to education will drive UzTEA's mission forward in the Jizzakh region.

A Day of Strategic Planning and New Projects 🌟

🛡 Today was a remarkable day, as we had the privilege of meeting with Ugilkhon Kakilova, the Head of our Andijan branch. We did brainstorming, focusing on the strategic goals of UzTEA, and discussed upcoming projects aimed at enriching the Andijan region.

🛡 In another update, this week marked the launch of the 3rd Cohort of YouLP, a joint project between our partners, Mahorat & Management, and FES Uzbekistan. This initiative opens up a fantastic opportunity for your children and students, offering them pathways to learning and personal development like never before.

💥 A Look Back at a Milestone Event!

Happy to share moments from the International Scientific and Practical Conference on Exploring Global Perspectives in Language Teaching and Learning, held on February 21, 2024, by the UzTEA Samarkand branch at the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.

This gathering was a vibrant tapestry of ideas, cultures, and innovations, bringing together educators and experts from India, Bangladesh, Turkey, the U.S., and our very own dedicated local teachers and educators. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Fazliddin Ruzikulov, the rector of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, and a special shoutout to Ms. Khilola Husanova, the head of the UzTEA Samarkand branch and the wonderful team behind, whose relentless efforts made this event nothing short of spectacular.

Barno Rakhimova, an honorary member of UzTEA, she has demonstrated dedication and passion for English education since 1997. Her journey through the years, as both a listener and a trainer at numerous teacher training sessions, underscores her commitment to professional development and excellence in teaching. Nowadays, she works as an English teacher at the 1st Secondary School of Okhangaron City.

🛡 Visionary Leader of UzTEA Andijan Branch!

Happy to introduce Kakilova Ugilkhon, the newly appointed Head of UzTEA Andijan, a dynamic leader with a passion for education and a proven track record in English language teaching.

Currently a full-time EFL teacher at Specialized State Secondary School #14, she has been shaping the language skills of students with innovative teaching methods. Moreover, she is an expert at the Agency for assessment of knowledge and competences, and she plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of educational assessments.

From completing the Women’s Leadership Skills Series to participating in the Teaching Pathways program, she is dedicated to staying at the forefront of educational practices.
