Deni Temirov dan repost
Today begins month of Ramadan.
It’s month when muslim people will be fasting for 30 days.
In Islam fasting is done from sunrise to sundown.
Personally I practice intermittent fasting throughout the year(4-5 days a month) whenever I feel like I’m starting to gain extra weight or I’m feeling inflammation in my body(which usually happens at the same time).

Intermittent fasting is when you don’t eat anything for at least 16 hours, after that your body cells begins to eat the broken/weak cells which can cause all kinds of sicknesses(even cancer).
Some Muslim people like to wake up to eat food before sunrise, personally I think it’s a bad idea for following reasons:
- Going back to sleep right after eating is not good for digestion;
- You’re not going to have good sleep after eating;
- You are going to decrease health benefits from fasting by shorting fasting time(don’t you want to lower chances of getting cancer?!);
- You will actually gain weight instead of loosing if you do that.

Fasting is only hard first 1-2 days after that you get used to it and you actually feel more energetic. I personally like to do something physical when I’m fasting so I don’t think about food, for example house cleaning 🧹

For Muslim i wish not only to be able to keep fast and also mental strength to keep a pure mind (which is a lot harder than not eating).

For non Muslims I suggest to try intermittent fasting if you’re experiencing inflammations in your body.

Interesting fact that the state of Israel was created with the help of Stalin(USSR).
USSR was the first country to support Israel in UN.
However everything changed once Israel allied itself with West. USSR switched sides and became supporter on Palestine.
Now everyone has forgotten who started the whole thing.

Sam Altman has been fired from OpenAI.
Everyone is speculating what was the real reason behind this departure.
The new interim CEO is Mira Murati, she previously worked at Tesla.
Interesting 🤔

Sam and Elon just exchanged jabs. So far people say that Sam is winning and Elon sounds like a sour loser.

ChatGPT is a very impressive product used by 100 million people, unlike Tesla's autopilot had lot of promise but still hasn't delivered.

But it's not the end, we just saw a battle, but we don't know who's going to win AI war 🍿🍿🍿

It's ironic that every man I used to look up to turned out to be not quite as smart or honorable/honest as I thought them to be.
They're, in most cases, a lot more full of shit than I am, and the people that surround me.

It turns out that many people we consider heroes are merely fake mirages.
They are carefully crafted media personalities without any substance, not different from Santa Claus or movie heroes. However, since they're "real," we tend to build a cult following around them.

Now, with the advances in generative AI, we are going to be bombarded with lots of nonsense. So, there's an urgent need for well-thought-out mental filters.

I think I need to learn to appreciate more the people surrounding me, the real people who make this world work with all their imperfections, and not create idols.
Who is more important to me: a person sweeping the streets that I walk on, making bread I eat, or a guy "supposedly" sending rockets to Mars or performing self-help concerts for the masses?

Before putting someone on a pedestal, one needs to think about how this person affected my environment physically, not the "speech that transformed the world," but real, down-to-earth - was anything physically changed in my life because of what this man/woman created and how big of an impact it had?

When someone claims to state a scientific fact, we must either check the peer-reviewed proof of the facts presented or consider it unproven entertainment, like watching a movie. For example, you wouldn't call a scientific fact everything you watched in a Superman movie; the same type of thinking should be applied to all of the "scientific, business, psychology, self-help" content consumed on the internet. It's all entertainment until it's been researched or you saw and touched the thing in real life.

You think it only the cops that are racist? Here’s another example of pig arguing with lady from Uzbekistan to talk to her own child in russian language. “I dont like that you speak to your kid in your native language…. You came to russia you must speak russian”

Amazing Russian culture, a cop who most likely studied in school Dostoevsky and Tolstoy(everyone had to)… kicking food of immigrants who are building and cleaning his city for minimal wage.
I can’t blame these russian cops for what they do. They’re just pigs and you can’t expect any other behavior from them.
But why would you go to russia to clean up and build cities for these pigs?! Yet thousands will endure the humiliation, not knowing that this country would drown in rubbish and shit if they were to leave.

⚡️ There are reports of drone attacks in several Russian regions tonight⚡️

Well, turns out I was right. Prigozhin’s planet crashed several hours ago: he and his right hand man were killed.
