▫️Telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom has announced a partnership with the Fetch. ai Foundation.

▫️According to the blog post, the main goal of cooperation is to promote the development of technologies based on artificial intelligence (AI) in the Web3 industry.


▪️Switzerland-based crypto brokerage firm Crypto Finance has obtained four licenses from Germany’s BaFin as it plans to double down on the European market.

▪️Digital asset brokerage firm Crypto Finance owned by multinational financial giant Deutsche Börse has secured four licenses from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) for its local subsidiary, the firm revealed in a Monday blog post. According to the announcement, the licenses pave the way for the subsidiary to offer regulated digital asset trading, settlement, and custody services in Germany.


⚫️Aptos Labs has introduced a passwordless passkey authentication method for signing transactions on its Layer 1 blockchain network.

⚫️Passkeys are more user-friendly and mirror the ease of use found in services like Apple Pay or Google Pay


➡️ Decentralized finance firm Sushi will launch a decentralized derivatives exchange called Susa on Layer N.

➡️ Susa aims to use Layer N’s fast processing speed to rival centralized exchanges.

🔘 Franklin Templeton takes initial step for spot Ethereum ETF with new SEC filing

🔘 The firm filed an S-1 registration statement on Monday for the Franklin Ethereum ETF and said the fund will generally reflect the price of ether.


🔘 Spot bitcoin exchange-traded products launched in January led crypto investment products with the largest inflows last week, crypto asset manager CoinShares said in a report on Monday.

🔘 Bitcoin ETFs saw $1.1 billion of inflows last week for a cumulative total of $2.8 billion since their launch on Jan. 11, CoinShares said. That’s the highest weekly inflow level since the inception of bitcoin spot ETFs, according to The Block’s data.

🔘 Since January, the new ETFs have collectively amassed over 192,000 BTC in their custody.


▪️The total amount of value locked in Ethereum liquid restaking protocol Puffer Finance has reached $850 million, making it the second-largest protocol of its kind.

⚫️ERC-404 sector collapses by 33% after rapid surge

⚫️According to Coingecko, the ERC-404 sector has significantly declined in the last 24 hours, with total market capitalization falling 33% to $163 million.

⚫️Key tokens such as PANDORA have fallen over 24%, while DEFROG has declined 26%, and RUG in the red 31%.


Ethereum NFT volume approaching yearly high

▫️The volume of NFTs traded on Ethereum in the past week is at its highest level since late February last year, according to data from The Block.

▫️The increase in Ethereum NFT volume comes as the current #3 NFT collection by market cap, Pudgy Penguins, approaches the market cap of its rival, the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection owned by Yuga Labs. Yuga Labs also owns Cyberpunks, the #1 collection by floor price.


Bitcoin ETFs hit $10B milestone just one month after approval

▪️The recently launched spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) completed their first 20 trading sessions, hitting the $10 billion milestone in assets under management (AUM).

▪️Over the next few months, Bitcoin ETF flows are expected to increase as trading firms complete their due diligence on the investment vehicles.


OKX rolls out crypto exchange services in Argentina

▪️Cryptocurrency exchange OKX has announced its expansion into Argentina as part of its ongoing strategy to target the Latin American market. The move follows its launch in Brazil in late 2023.

▪️In a recent statement, OKX announced that Argentine users will be able to access OKX’s crypto exchange platform, along with a self-custody wallet and the ability to trade nonfungible tokens (NFTs).

💵 Bitcoin ETF providers BlackRock and Grayscale will not be advertising as the ETFs were approved after commercial slots were already sold out, according to Fox Business.
